THE REBUILDERS · FREE WEEKLY CALL
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
The Ground Zero Circle is a free weekly Zoom for parents going through separation or divorce — no agenda, no pitch, just people who get it.
I started The Rebuilders because four years ago I was sitting exactly where you might be sitting right now — blindsided, exhausted, and pretty sure no one else understood what this actually feels like from the inside.
What helped wasn’t advice. It was talking to other parents who were in it too.
That’s what this is. Every week, a small group of us get on Zoom for an hour — no clinical stuff, no toxic positivity, no “everything happens for a reason.” Just real people, checking in, saying the quiet part out loud, and reminding each other we’re not the only ones.
What to expect
It’s free. No card, no catch.
Every week, 60 minutes. Come when you need it — no attendance required, no guilt if you miss one.
Drop-in style. Show up, listen, share as much or as little as you want.
Camera optional. Some weeks you just need to listen. That’s allowed.
Confidential. What’s shared in the Circle stays in the Circle.
For dads and moms. Anyone at Ground Zero is welcome.
Pick your day, save your spot
Both calls are free and drop-in. Grab whichever day works for you — the Zoom link and reminders land in your inbox automatically.
Once you pick a day, Calendly sends the Zoom link and a reminder straight to your inbox — no extra signup needed.
Questions? We’ve got answers.
-
Nope. Some people show up just to listen, and that’s exactly why this exists.
-
No — this is peer support. If you need more structured 1:1 support, the Ground Zero Reset Call is a separate option, but the Circle itself is just people talking to people.
-
Yes, always. If a call helps you and you ever want to leave something for the next parent coming through, there’s an optional donation link at the end of the call — never expected, never asked twice.
-
Come back whenever you need it. There’s no streak to keep.
-
No — dads, moms, married, never-married, early days or years in. If you’re rebuilding, you’re welcome here.
The Rebuilders is a real-talk community for parents rebuilding after separation and divorce — built by someone who’s lived it, not studied it from the outside.
This stays free because people choose to keep it that way. If you’re able, you can chip in here — no pressure, no ask on the call.
